DESIGN

Q.How do I start designing my sign?
A.Go to Design tab select to design using a blank template or one of our design templates.

Q.What do I do if I have my own artwork already designed?
A..Simply submit your artwork to our design team by uploading your file (go to Upload tab).

Q.Is there a design charge to help me create my sign?
A..There is no consulation or design fee.

ORDER PROCESS

Q.How do I place an order?
A.There are two options to placing an order:
1) You can design your sign online and then procced to checkout.
2) Upload and submit your artwork online, confirm your order and we will send you a payment link to complete your transaction.

Q.What is your production time?
A.Normal production time is two business day from the date the order is placed.

Q.What are your payment methods?
A.We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Card, Discover and Paypal.

SHIPPING

Q.What are your shipping methods?
A.We currently offer several methods of shipping.
1) UPS Ground (Does not deliver to PO Boxes) - Delivered in 1-5 Business Days.
2) UPS Next Day Air Saver - Delivered next Business Day.
